Challah French Toast was more like yellow bread than batter dipped french toast. I only ordered it once, though, so maybe it was an off day...

the burger got here fast however the chili had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. in fact it is the most whatever burger i have ever had.

Once delivered it was too soggy and disgusting to even eat. We threw it out and ordered from another place.

i've used seamless web hundreds of times and have always been happy with the new places i've tried because of the site. However, this was the worst and the only bad experience I've had since i signed up around 2 years ago. Burger was super dry, overcooked, and had no taste at all. Total waste of $15 for lunch. I don't know what others see in this place or would ever want to return.

Always fast delivery. I order from them all the time. Once they forgot the Bacon for my burger. but that is the only problem I have had with them, and I order at least once a week for the last year.

Buffalo Chicken sandwich was dry, tough, lacking sauce, and served on soggy white toast. French fries were tasteless, wet mush. Food freshly served at the restaurant might be better, but my delivery was a big disappointment.

Burger Heaven is one of my favorite lunch spots. The egg sandwich has an actual nicely cooked egg in it, while the patty melt is served on perfectly toasted rye bread. I have never had a disappointing lunch from this location. They also have a honey-mustard dressing that is absolutely delicious (I like to put it on my sandwiches). Burger Heaven is a bit pricy, but when you want quality sandwiches for lunch, this is the place to go. The fries are great, too!

Burgers are top-notch, and somehow always arrive hot despite the fact that I live four avenue blocks away. Non-burger items are not as impressive, and overpriced.

I ordered a burger, chose my salad dressing for the salad- burger arrives without salad, I called and am told that I didn't order a salad and it "was not my problem" by the manager of this place. Do not be confused - the burger combination does not come with a salad- you will simply receive a side of dressing with no dressing!!! How RIDICULOUS!!!

What's with the Five Star ratings?? Food is crappy diner at it's best and packaged so poorly that you often end up with soggy bags and a mess on your floor. Terribly overpriced for what it is. Burger Hell.

Burgers are good but this is the second time I have not received a complete order. Don't bother with the bacon on your burger. You will pay for it, but you will NOT get it.

I ordered a baked potato, a very simple item, from this place. The Potato came with dirt caked all over it and all over the plate it came in! They clearly do NOT wash their food before preparing it. It is seriously dangerous and disgusting. When I called to complain they would not refund my money for the food either.

The burger was good, delivery average but they said under specialties that the burger (ordered the buffalo one with blue cheese) CAME with fries and coleslow (which im guessing for $10 dollars seemed right. When delivered ALL i got was the burger. Obviously not enough to fill myself up, and wayyyy overpriced. I could have just went to the corner store and got a full meal for that price. And if they dont come with the fries then they shouldnt have advertised that under specialties. I doubt ill be going back.
